Rosacea What is Rosacea? A facial skin disorder that has no known cause or cure; however with dermatological assistance it can be treated and the physical signs and symptoms controlled. What can be signs or symptoms of rosacea? Any of the following can be signs or symptoms of rosacea:- Redness in the cheeks, nose, chin, forehead.
- Small visible blood vessels on the face.
- Bumps or pimples on the face.
- Watery or irritate eyes.

Tips for
Rosacea Patients
- Avoid
triggers such as hot drinks, spicy foods, caffeine, and
alcoholic beverages that make the face red or flushed.
- Use a
broad spectrum sun screen with SPF of 15 or higher.
- Avoid
extreme hot and cold temperatures and exercise in a cool
environment.
- Avoid
rubbing, scrubbing, or massaging the face.
- Avoid
cosmetics and facial products that contain alcohol.
- Keep a
journal of flushing episodes and note associated foods,
products,and activities that may be triggers.

Treatment
Dermatologists
